How the membership works, in plain terms.
- How does membership work?
- Your membership runs in 30-day periods. Pick a package when you join; you can change it later from your membership page. The free package needs no payment details.
- What do I get when I join?
- An account at PLAY Fitness Center with your profile, workout and diet plans, progress tracking and attendance. What is included depends on the package you choose — the pricing page lists each one.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, from your membership page. By default your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, so you keep access to what you have already paid for. You can also cancel immediately. If you change your mind before the period ends, you can resume.
- How do I pay?
- Paid packages are taken through Razorpay when you check out. Your payment is confirmed by our server against the payment gateway before your package is activated, so a package is never activated on an unverified payment.
- Is a trainer included in every package?
- No, and the difference matters. A trainer matched to your goal, who shapes your plans, is included with Basic and above. Daily guidance that follows up with you during the day is part of Elite only. Your trainer is a coaching profile in the app rather than a person watching your account, and it works alongside your gym rather than replacing it.
- Do I need to be at the gym to use it?
- Your plans, progress and tracking are available to you wherever you are. Attendance and in-person sessions are recorded at PLAY Fitness Center itself.
