Your plans are assigned to you rather than picked off a shelf. Workouts and diet plans live in your account, and what you complete is recorded, so progress is measured against what you actually did.

Your trainer, and what they do
On a paid package you are matched to a trainer chosen for your goal, and that choice shapes the workout and diet plans you receive. Daily guidance that follows up with you during the day is part of Elite only — Basic and Pro do not include it.

How the membership works
Membership runs in 30-day periods. You can start on the free package without paying anything, and move up when you want more. Paid packages are taken through Razorpay; the free package involves no payment at all.
